Boy dies in latest roof fall

Another 12 year old boy died this month after a fall through a fragile skylight in Derby. How often we hear of 'an accident waiting to happen' On 30

th July another boy fell through the roof of a factory in Wallsend and a 12 year old died when he fell through a roof in Lancaster on the 8th August.

If legislation was in place to ensure the building owners remain responsible for the security of their buildings whether occupied or not then maybe we can reduce this tragic and monthly incident?
